I was treated today in the gynaecology department by Mr Mohsen El-Sayed and his nurse Bini. I was overwhelmed with how professional and at ease they made me. I was very apprenhensive about the treatment I was to under go today and they both put me at so much ease and made me feel instantly better. Mr El-Sayed was getting me involved with regards to my treatment to try and make it less daunting for me which I really appreciated as it gave me something ease to focus on. He explained the what had been found and the next steps I needed to take so well. I was very reassured by him. When talking about my treatment today with family and friends I have said how lovely they were both to me and that I was so grateful fo the excellent treatment. I am so thankful to them for the care attention today.

I would like to say a big thank you! He was really helpful explaining every step of the procedure and also the results. The explanations was very accurate and to a level of understanding that everyone is able to understand. Very very friendly and even I was really nervous, after 2 mins he has reassured me, giving the best info, that everything will be fine. I couldn’t ask for more.

Outstanding doctor . Talked me through my procedure and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Didn't feel rushed. Very professional and friendly. Unfortunately I became unwell after the procedure unknown to the doctor. so only suggestion ask the patient to sit down outside for 15minutes to make sure they are well before they leave.

I had to have an internal ultrasound - the first one I've had, Dr El-Sayed put me at ease from the start and talked me through the whole procedure, showing certain things on the monitor as he was carrying out the scan. He explained what he was doing and what we could see on the screen so I could understand everything and after the scan we discussed next steps and agreed on a way forward. I felt he listened to me and answered my concerns and I was very happy with how the scan went.
