Mr Chin has taken care of me through my ongoing cancer treatment and subsequent surgery's and on both occasions I have felt in very safe hands. He gave a clear explanation of the procedure including possible side effects and risks associated with the surgery - everything was explained using terms that I was able to understand and not bombarded with lots of medical terminology. He is always very polite and professional, kind and caring and always greets you with a smile. He even went out of his way to visit me the day after my last surgery to check that I was OK. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Mr Chin treated me for melanoma, also undertaking a lymph node biopsy. I had absolute confidence in him. He is very clearly an expert in his field, experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the initial assessment, diagnosis and treatment options to me with clarity, simplifying information for a non-professional to comprehend whilst retaining detail and ensuring understanding. His communication is first class, as is his manner and care for his patients. I felt fully informed at all times and able to explore options, using the information available. Mr Chin went above and beyond to expedite my treatment.

I have been a patient with Mr Chin for approx 18 months dealing with my various BCC He has shown excellent and above surgical skills and communicates confidence to me as a patient. If only all surgeons and Gp's were of the same high standard as Mr Chin. In addition Heatherwood is a high standard that all hospitals should aim for. Roger Ewins
