I have recently had ear surgery under the brilliant care of Mr G Kelly to say I was terrified is an under statement as I have never had GA I was so anxious. Mr Kelly listened then talked me through everything explaining step by step which helped put my mind at ease. My surgery was very complex I have to say I have had no pain my ear is healing fantastic. I actually commend Mr Kelly for this as his knowledge and expertise is extensive. Also my outpatience aftercare is going very well again Mr Kelly explains everything you need to know. I would certainly without any hesitation recommend Mr Kelly. All that remains to be said is “thank you” Mr Kelly

After weeks of experiencing dizziness which affected my ability to walk and having brrn told that I would have to wait a long time for an NHS appointment, I decided that I would arrange a private consultation . I saw Mr Kelly ay Spire within a few days. I was nervous as I had had no diagnosis and was worried as to what the outcome of the consultation would be. Mr Kelly immediately put me at ease. He conducted a thorough examination and asked lots of questions. I came away from the consultation feeling much reassured that my symptoms did not indicate any serious problems.. I am following the exercises he recommended and hope to alleviate my symptoms in a few months. Mr. Kelly would be happy to see me again if I feel the need.

Mr Kelly has supported me through a really unsettling and worrying time. Prior to being seen by Mr Kelly I had convinced myself that my symptoms were indicative of a life threatening illness. Mr Kelly was approachable, kind, patient, attentive and thorough in every detail of my care. He responded to my panicked post appointment emails and took my concerns seriously. He has worked so hard to put me at ease and reassure me. I'm really grateful for the time you gave me Mr Kelly and for pursuing things so that I can now start to relax and believe that it's all going to be OK. Thank you for your care.
