Nuffield Hospital Leeds

Brilliant orthopaedic patient experience from start to finish. Every member of the team whom I met on my journey to receiving a new hip replacement to post operative patient care and to the physiotherapists who guided me through the rehabilitation process have been totally supportive and listened to any concerns I had and reassured me with their knowledge, caring and encouragement. Amazing job. I would recommend Nuffield Hospital Leeds every time.

No problems at all

Its obvious the Nuffield Leeds is and excellent hosptital but its also fair to say that it's in much need of updating. The consultancy rooms and wards are stuck in the 1990's so a 'facelift' would be welcomed.

I was seen by Charles in Physio after my Knee surgery and I can not be more thankful for the care he provided. Charles listened to me even when I felt brushed off by the consultants, he did everything he could to help and get to the bottom of the ongoing pain I had over a year following the surgery. He was brilliant, very thorough and in the end I think through his investigations we were able to see improvements. Thank you Charles.

The hospital was so clean and the staff were so lovely. They were so attentive and they regularly came to check on me to see if everything was okay.

I had a knee replacement in December 2024 which was done by Mr Vasey .I have to say I was impressed with the kindness and respect I received from Mr Vasey the consultant and all the theatre staff. I also to have to thank all staff on the ward including medical staff and kitchen staff who were also very helpful.Last but not least I have to thank Charles the physiotherapist who helped me to gain my mobility. Thanks to all.

Attended the hospital for consultations and a minor surgery on the Pen Y Ghent ward. All the staff from Facilities, Nursing and Drivers were all amazing. I felt safe and at ease throughout my treatment and respected. I could not have asked for more and my student nurse Amy made the day a lovely experience. Felt more like a hotel stay than hospital. Would also like to give kudos to Neil from the Patient collection and drop off service, Neil is a very professional and pleasant man.
