Mr Lamb is very friendly and immediately puts patient at ease! He listened to me very patiently and answered all my questions and I felt very reassured and confident that I am in right hands. The next course of action was discussed in detail and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Mr Ben Lamb to other patients!

I have to say that my experience with Mr Lamb was exceptional, he helped me feel at ease with my diagnosis the pros and cons of what’s procedure would mean to me and in detail for me to understand, the full process from pre to post, and to understand the potential risks. All in all I would recommend Mr Lamb

Dr Lamb is a really good doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and competent. Definitely also was able to give me peace of mind around the symptoms and issues that I had come to speak with him about.

I found Ben to be very approachable, patient, informative, friendly and professional. Our consultation and follow up procedure went well and I felt reassured by Ben. I have no hesitation recommending seeing him at Nuffield St Barts Hospital with their wonderful staff, facilities and convenient location. Thank you, Ben, I appreciate your time and expertise!

From my initial diagnosis of Prostate cancer in October 2021 to removal of my Prostate by robotic surgery in March 2022, I have nothing but praise for Ben’s care, compassion and genuine kindness to me. At a difficult time for both my wife and I Ben and his staff were marvellous, nothing was too much trouble for them, every question was answered with empathy and understanding. Let’s face it cancer is a word that nobody wants to hear, a journey nobody wants to undertake, suddenly life is turned upside down in an uncertain and precarious way. I personally found that the information from Ben, the clinic nurses, the fact sheets and leaflets were all of immense help to me in making my decision to have surgery. Once my decision was made everything seemed to slot into place, I was extremely impressed with how quickly Ben arranged my operation and consequently I’m relieved and pleased with no regrets that I had surgery. Thank you Ben for all your care, kindness and skill, but most of all for being a thoroughly nice gentleman, the NHS is extremely fortunate to have you. Very best wishes Maurice.

Initial consultation for elevated PSA. Spent copious amount of time explaining and educating us (my medical doctor spouse attended consultation) on PSA scores and the significance of gland size being a factor in that score. He provided thorough debrief on recent MRI results from Addenbrooke and put us at ease vouching for their reputation of excellence whose radiologist he knew by name. Mr Lamb willingly listened to all our questions, concerns, and inputs. The clinic was very busy and he was too but that did not deter him from taking all the time we needed.

Mr Lamb saw myself and my wife to discuss my bladder cancer diagnosis and future treatment options . Right from the start he made us feel relaxed and was very easy to talk to . He explained my diagnosis , it’s implications and possible treatment In a very easy to understand way. He listened to my concerns and suggested ways to help to alleviate them. He also gave me some information and a dvd to take home, both of which I found very informative . Thank you Mr lamb, you made a difficult and rather frightening appointment as easy a you possibly could . I can think of no way to improve the experience .
