She is superb. Listening and taking your opinion in consideration. Actively listening and trying to find solutions, instead of just dissmising you. She is thorough , explains all in simple language. Was gentle to my child, and supportive to me as parent. I got the impression she really cares. Hope she doesn't loose that by time.
