It is a year ago today that Dr Corkill performed my coiling operation at the JR - not one minute goes by without thinking of his kindness and skill. He was kind and thoughtful with my children and took time to explain what would happen during the procedure, they were obviously very worried but had total faith in him as did I. We still talk about that awful day and he is known as "Dr Hero" in our family and on this anniversary, a toast was raised to him Again, many grateful thanks
