She is efficient, respectful of who I am, listens to everything that matters, gives practical advise, is compassionate. Knows about menopause and is understanding of its impact. She was brilliant with my partner who was off work with stress, he rarely goes to a doctor and had never asked for help for mental health, Dr Dell was just what he needed… checked he had support, respected him, listened and took time to understand.
