I can't fault any of these doctors or nurses at Patford house. All so helpful and friendly. I'm a mum of 2 young boys and have never been made to feel I'm wasting anyone's time when I just need a professional opinion. So glad I moved surgery to here.

Dr Hughes is a very caring Dr, she listens to what you are saying, and after listening, recommends the best route to go through to help with my problem. I am in tremendous pain due to sciatica, and she hasn’t given up for n me and is trying to get me a pain killer to work on me.
How can she improve? I really can’t think of anything, as I said at the beginning, dr Hughes is so caring, she has a perfect bedside manner.

Dr Hughes really listens to you. I feel that I could tell her anything without feeling foolish. She and her colleague gave me excellent care when I suffered a severe chest infection recently.
