I'm happy that this Dr Dilip Patel was present and showed care. He listened to my concerns and addressed it accordingly. He will follow up outstanding referrals to assertain what the situation is. Having not heard anything pertained to a mater in September, I'm indeed worried. However, Dr Patel has action this and communicated clearly, where I now have an understanding. It was nice not to be rush or misunderstood. When rushed it defeats the whole objective purpose of showing care in the community and less like just a number or prioritising meeting targets. I hope other may follow and remember the oath taken for the role.

I think this doctor (Dr.Patel) is great and very helpful. We was upset that the previous Dr. Nikhil Patel had left but we are so happy that we got a differnt doctor with the same surname he is far better then previous doctors or current doctors that they have at Yeading Medical Centre. We are hoping that the current Dr Patel stays at this surgery for many years to come. We are glad that in terms of sick note and other things are being sent electronically to patients by doctors. This should of been done years back but we are happy that they are doing this now it helps so much especially due to covid.

Dr. Patel was very patient with me and he took his time to explain fully to me so I understood. He was happy to answer all my questions that I had and I didn’t feel pressured to be quick and leave. It was my first time seeing Dr. Patel but he made me feel at ease and like I could ask him any question I needed to. Thank you for seeing me today Dr. Patel.
