Dr. Patel was very patient with me and he took his time to explain fully to me so I understood. He was happy to answer all my questions that I had and I didn’t feel pressured to be quick and leave. It was my first time seeing Dr. Patel but he made me feel at ease and like I could ask him any question I needed to. Thank you for seeing me today Dr. Patel.

I felt the doctor today was very efficient. We had a constructive conversation; he was thorough in his approach and gave great, reassuring advice. Although the appointment was for a medication review, he touched on other vital aspects of my care including annual blood tests, urine tests, eye retinal tests etc.
He went beyond the level of care I expected today and that made the difference. Excellent service!
