Denise was both professional and kind during my titration process. She is an asset to the team and I would recommend working with her when you have the option. Keep doing what you're doing Denise!

Denise is fantastic - prompt responses, carefully considered answers, and always willing to listen to any questions I had. She's been incredibly supportive throughout my titration process. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

Excellent service and communication, Denise responded to any concerns or queries very quickly, sometimes even late at night. She went above and beyond to help me with the titration process, she listened and advised without any judgement and I can't thank her enough for all the help she has given. I would give more stars if I could!!

From my online interactions with Denise I found them to have a very warm and understanding approach to my care. I feel it is important to receive care that feels humanistic rather than overly clinical - where patients are listened to and treated individually, and Denise certainly met my needs in this way. Many thanks again :)

My Nurse was very kind, she would routinely check up on me and ask about the effects of the medication. The service was overall great and I would recommend!
