Gini is a totally professional and caring nurse. She listens and explains in “simple” English that patients can understand.
She always returns calls and emails even though being a very busy person. Recently had a telephone consultation with Gini, which went absolutely brilliant.
Gini is a credit to the profession and Broomfield hospital.

Gini is amazing since 2014 she has been my nurse with colitis I adore her she answers all my questions and realistic x she helped when I had a flare having to be admitted x she not just my nurse but family somewhat she helped me through one pregnancy and after care having a flare also throw tough time shes so caring and loving xxx

Phone consultation with Gini yesterday, as always Gini explained everything in detail to me ,I had only left a message 2 days prior to this call for my test results. Gini really is extremely helpful, caring & understanding. I can not thank her enough.As always if I need any advice or help she said to give her a call. This young Lady really is the best.
