All the staff were wonderful & extremely busy but all were polite & friendly
I have been given consistently good personalised, targeted physio. The team of two physios (one senior) have been very professional but also very personable. I have felt welcome in the department, not judged when I have had difficulties fulfilling the tasks, always encouraged to keep progressing, and given hope and a vision for an improvement path. This care has been second to none. I cannot speak highly enough of [name removed] & [name removed].
Good service
i was treated brilliantly from start to finish. From the minor injuries reception lady, who kindly booked me in when i had no appointment, to the medic who treated me for my injury, who was exceptional - polite, highly professional, but jovial and friendly. well worth paying national insurance for !! bravo.
The hospital is spotlessly clean, staff are amazing and helpful and don’t seem stressed (which is rare in nhs hospitals)! I never have to wait long super organised and caring thanks!
I was with the plastic surgeon team. Amazing team altogether. I was treated with such kindness, professionalism, and respect.my after care, was Second to None. I am very grateful.
The phlebotomist that saw my daughter was very kind and understanding as it was the first time my daughter has had a blood test
The reptionists were friendly, and [name removed] who attended to us was friendly, helpful and reassuring
Lovely kind reception both ladies on the blood reception 21/6/24 and on the outpatients. Very understanding with traffic delay and helpful getting right forms. All very helpful. The phlebotomist too was a lovely man - hope he has a good birthday in July!
I have greatly improved since coming into hospital.
