i was treated brilliantly from start to finish. From the minor injuries reception lady, who kindly booked me in when i had no appointment, to the medic who treated me for my injury, who was exceptional - polite, highly professional, but jovial and friendly. well worth paying national insurance for !! bravo.

you could have given me free beer and food, a £100 amazon voucher, and a 2 night stay at a West end hotel with 4 tickets to a show .....but other than that, no, absolutely nothing. great job thank you.
