Review of Abbey Ward
20th August 2023

Everything. There’s occasions at times it can be let down.

Suggested improvements
The food isn’t the best, we had Lancashire hotpot today and the meat was very fatty. I don’t usually leave food but I’ve been having too. Staff have been very comforting when I’m upset as I’m a sensitive person. Staff sometimes leave for a long period of time. It can be quite daunting at times if something couldn’t wrong.

Review of Abbey Ward
20th August 2023

General kindness from most of the staff. But the opposite is being woken up and being expected to let someone look at your heels and your buttocks in the middle of the night. I have found that staff say “what” and I have to repeat every single thing I say. I also don’t understand some of the staff a lot of the time.

Suggested improvements
When talking to staff and giving them a message it doesn’t always get to the right person. A lot of the staff get side tracked. Some staff start a job and other finish it. Some staff talk very loudly in there own language which I don’t like and isn’t fair on us.
