It’s a very caring place, where staff are professional and understanding of individual needs. Therapy sessions both ot and pt and group sessions are hard work but tailored to the the individual needs and emotional and cognitive needs of the patients.they are enjoyable and fun.

More staff needed at peak times, to assist pastimes with personal care needs.

Prompt response given nature of the service by courteous staff who explained everything very clearly given that I was struggling with an ear infection

This place has restored my ability to walk, have confidence and enjoy life again. The extra rehab classes have all been very beneficial and uplifting. I am keen to get home but will be sorry to say good bye to staff and other patients

Sorry, I can’t think of anything. Maybe have more HCAs/ helpers on at meal times and other busy times of the day.

The staff exuded a n attitude that they knew what they were doing, were good at it and above all wanted to do it.

I was dealt with quicker than expected and found all staff very friendly and helpful.
