Some of the staffs are good and excellent, but there are staff also who are not so good.

My care has been excellent. I was not expecting to stay in when I arrived with my shoulder in pain. I have been seen by several doctors, it is like a first class hotel. I have travelled quite a lot so I am aware of conditions eg. Australia, Canada, Tenerife, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Norway to Russian border etc, my many thanks to everybody, such devotion on there part.

We were delighted that Mum spent her last weeks on the ward. The staff were all wonderful especially Agnes.
