From the doctors surgery in direct to seeing someone in the EMU within the hour was a great response. People working in the EMU were friendly and helpful.

Very thorough, very helpful. Only one consultant on duty so time wise was lengthy, but this is not a complaint as care was very good.

Always attentive to us, asking if we need anything making a cuppa etc such a friendly place to be.

Never used an EMU before and was referred here for an iron transfusion. Amazing care, well looked after and well informed all through the day. It was a breath of fresh air to be seen by such caring and helpful staff. And by all accounts the were understaffed on the day I attended but you would never have known.
