I have seen GPs and nurses here and I've dealt with the receptionists / administrators. Everyone is very friendly and courteous in spite of being very busy. It is easy to book appointments online, or over the phone. Their duty doctor is very good at calling you for phone appointments if this suffices.
It was very nice. Dr so hail Ahmed is awesome!
I think I am very lucky to be registered with this practice. It is easy to get an appointment, and it is excellent that a doctor will ring back soon and arrange an emergency appointment if needed. The nurses and receptionists are friendly, helpful and efficient. Parking near the surgery is often difficult, and could be a problem for someone with reduced mobility - but this would be hard to fix. I don't think any changes are needed to how things are run.
First impressions of visitng the practice is a willingness and warmth of feeling. The treatment given by reception is first class, as a blind patient the receptionist will always come and guide me to a chair and the Drs consulting room, if I am unable to come with a escort.
I have been seen by most of the present Drs and all of whom are sympathetic, welcoming and make one feel at ease. The Medical Advice is always first class, with professional follow ups often generated by the drs themselves.
I have always had positive experiences of using this surgery. I feel that I am always taken seriously and always given time to explain problems and feel that I can ask questions. The staff always seem very 'human' and understanding.
