Before I moved to this Surgery,I had a very bad time down the old one I was at,they did not treat me well, every time I went for a appointment they said just keep taking the pain relief,I thought I can feel a lot of pain all the time.
But since I have been with the new surgery they have been so more helpful sending me to see someone with my neck and other problems like the neck and pain all down the arms,I am feeling that things are going ahead since I have been with the surgery that is why 5stars.
Great doctors, GPs, nurses at this surgery. But management & reception has been awful the past few years since they merged with another surgery, impossible to book appointments and the reception staff are for the mostpart not helpful or customer focused. But the GPs here really are good if you are onw of those rare cases where you can actually get to see a GP fac eto face.
All good
All medical and general Staff members at the university health centre are the best in my view. The doctors are exceptionally very helpful and securing an appointment is swift
Being a registered patient of Whitley Villa Surgery for more than 5 years I always got a very careful service. Under any circumstances I always got an appointment whenever I call the surgery and my problems got solved. I am very thankful and grateful for being the patient of Whitley Villa Surgery and hope they continue the service in the future as well.
