New to the practice, so far cannot praise the staff enough. The patches system works well.
Dr. was very welcoming and knowledgeable, put me at ease and left feeling positive he would get me a resolution to my illness

An appointment was arranged at short notice for the next day and good communication on taking up a cancellation.
Little wait to be seen at appointment which was friendly and professional. There was a follow up message indicating what would happen.

This blood test had to be done because the original blood test taken on the 5th July was the wrong test, it was a lipid test and not Renal function. 3 weeks after the original test I got the results and pointed out it was the wrong test. So, on the 9th of August it was redone. This is not acceptable, firstly the wrong test and then 3 weeks to get results. How can this be a professional service?

Got the right test done in the first place and then the results within 7 days as proclaimed in your text and not 3 weeks later.
