I very much appreciated the text reminders for my appointment. This was very much appreciated alongside completing the questionnaire prior to arrival.
It was also excellent that there was no delay from arrival to the point of appointment.

The woman who did my blood test (unsure if nurse or doctor) was very professional and efficient with the blood test. I explained that I was afraid of needles and told her what would be the best way to do the test which she listened to and performed perfectly. Asked if I had anything else I wanted to mention while I was over there which I didn’t. Very good service and a pleasant to deal with.
