It takes weeks to get an appointment, they have become really stretched since the 3 different doctors became 1. WHEN will it go back to how it was before. No stress at all back then.

All was fine. No delays in being seen and nursing staff were lovely.
Suggested improvements
The notice above the self checkin screen had slipped from the blue tac in the wall. The screen was not working anyway so maybe needed a temporary sign to say out of order.

I have to attend for regular issues and checks after my major stroke last Sep and my treatment and aftercare by the surgery has been excellent. I'm able to get appointments most of the time at a time and date to suit me.
Suggested improvements
Occasionally you have to wait a while for phone to answer but if in a queue, I request call back which works well. Sometimes waiting for clinical staff to call you back can take a while but usually this is very good too.

Nurse Ella is the only nurse who was able to take my bloods quickly & painlessly! I'll be requesting her again!

Make it clear that it was my responsibility to arrange an appointment with the nurse for blood tests. I was expecting a text to confirm the appointment.
