I found the doctors and nurses fantastic - very caring and really seemed to know their stuff. The admin staff are almost universally terrible. Perhaps it is the way that the practice is managed, but they are consistently rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. It goes beyond small hassles. If you can actually get to the doctors and nurses - which the admin staff seems to go out of their way to actively prevent - then the practice is good. If you only see your GP once a year I would recommend it. For ongoing conditions, I would recommend you find somewhere else. It is also next to impossible to get an urgent appointment unless you have something you'd be better off going to A&E for anyway. I have consistently had to wait four weeks for a non-urgent appointment. Perhaps the patient list is too large at this point, but that does not entirely explain how the admin staff deal with the public. I am writing this on behalf of myself and several other former patients at the practice.
Experienced some admin hassle. Would prefer to be able to make appointments at more convenient times, e.g. on my way back from work via East Croydon Station. Seemed a bit grubby but there was building work.
Average. Not a brilliant experience, not an awful one either. I'd personally like to see a bit more focus on customer service, I had to endure a 'Computer says no' moment.
