This doctor has really listened to what I was saying, he sent me for various tests to make sure it wasn't anything else before we tried the surgery route, he is really helpful and understanding and I would recommend him to anyone.
Michael Magro made me feel calm and at ease before and after my operation. When he came to see me on the ward the next day, he explained in detail how the operation went, including complications during the operation and how they had resolved them. He was very reassuring and patient with any questions I had. When i saw him again 8 weeks after my operation for my follow up appointment, he was again very informative and gave great after care and advice. I would highly recommend Michael Magro, he is an amazing doctor and gives a great quality of care.
Having met Dr Magro yesterday i was very impressed with him, he had a very caring nature & he took the time to answer all my questions fully.
I was very anxious & he explained different possible treatments available to me if my procedure didn't work, some of which i hadn't been offered before, both surgical & non surgical. I wanted to know further information about the non surgical option but there were no leaflets available so Dr. Magro used my phone to download the information i needed so i had a copy i could look at, at my own leisure.
He made sure i was happy with the information he gave me & that i understood everything before i left.
I only wish he was a permanent fixture at Queens Romford as i would've loved to have been under his care for any further treatment i might need.
I was so impressed with the care from Dr Magro today. Not only did he provide excellent service and advice he listened to all my concerns and worked with me to make sure we had a treatment plan going forward that fitted with all my other issues such as thyroid and asthma. I left the hospital feeling informed about my condition.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback! I always try to ensure I take a holistic approach and I'm pleased you left feeling informed.
