I was welcomed and not rushed during appointment the doctor Mr Calvin Nathaniel listened patiently and totally put me at ease. The nurse Elise was very caring and supported me when I needed it, it made my visit easy for me.
They nurse June and Jan were changing and informative. June gave good advice on blood pressure. Thank you.

Brentwood Community Hospital is a wonderful hospital in all respects. Over the years I’ve visited for myself and father. Every member of staff is professional, polite, welcoming and the building is well laid out including signage. The cleanliness was excellent - so much so I thanked one of the cleaning staff today and her manager Bismarck Yaw Okpattah. Too often people only write poor reviews generally about any business/venue but I felt I wanted to write an honest, positive review as Brentwood Community Hospital is a pleasure to visit.
I had two x-rays at this hospital, the last one being today (Friday 11th March 2022). All staff were extremely helpful, patient and caring. The lady who did my x-ray was really helpful and explained exactly what I needed to do every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this department to everyone.

I was transferred from Basildon hospital to Brentwood most of the staff were great but there some that treated the older patients with contemt I am in thurrock hospital and is wonderful
Very clean, well run hospital
I found Brentwood Community Hospital nothing short of wonderful. The surroundings are very pleasant and the staff even more so. The facilities are very user friendly and pleasant too.
As a Hutton resident, Brentwood Community Hospital is ideal for us. Parking is not easy, but neither is it at any other hospital I know of. On all previous visits, the staff from Reception to the medical practitioners, have all been helpful, patient and most pleasant.
I cannot think of an area that needs improvement, except possibly in the time slots allocated for appointments. Appointment times are calculated for a patient, but unforseen complications can arise from a doctor/patient interview, which sometimes exceed the appointment time estimated.
