The whole experience was first class. Every member of the team I had contact with made me feel at ease and made the visit "painless". During the actual procedure, I was kept informed and my wellbeing was constantly attended to. I really can't think of how things could have been handled any better. Many thanks to the team that looked after me today.

Very friendly staff who take good care of you.
They are very good at being organised, for example good at arranging future appointments.

Everything was explained - thoroughly - I was encouraged to ask questions.
All the staff were very polite and helpful from reception - to leaving.
The team in the endoscopy room all introduced themselves, were lovely and chatty - to put me at ease and were very professional.
The procedure was explained at each step.
The aftercare was also very good. I was given a copy of my report and even got a cuppa in seated recovery!
