Seen promptly. Nurses and Andrula are always friendly, caring.
Find nurses are knowledgeable about what is going on currently with IBD, research etc.
Improvement - nothing at present.

In the 10 years. I have been having treatment in this unit.
I have always received care, consideration and treatment to the highest standard. I cannot think of any way it can be improved.

My care today was excellent as always, professional and very caring by all the team even though it is obvious more nurses would much enhance their team and they could run a full weekly clinic.
