Everything was explained - thoroughly - I was encouraged to ask questions. All the staff were very polite and helpful from reception - to leaving. The team in the endoscopy room all introduced themselves, were lovely and chatty - to put me at ease and were very professional. The procedure was explained at each step. The aftercare was also very good. I was given a copy of my report and even got a cuppa in seated recovery!
