Wait time wasn’t long at all from walking in the doors of a&e transferred to fracture clinic really quickly, then xray back to fracture and plaster room. I can’t thank mr Singh & Barbara the health care looking after my daughter in fracture clinic enough they really put her at ease

I do not appreciate listening to the ins and outs or reception staffs dating/holidays ect ect. I was just left in a chair waiting to be seen. Wasn't taken to the toilet when I asked a member of staff as they were busy getting mcdonalds and sorting that out. I was taken for an xray then just put back in waiting room, gave crutches and told that was all..even though I am still in agony and unable to weight bare on my ankle

Staff could be more discreet with their conversations. They could actually take patients to the toilet when they ask when they are not able by themselves..

The hospital staff in A & E were friendly and efficient. The Radiographer explained what she was doing and also said I may be called back in two weeks for another xray. The HCA was friendly, the consultant didn't explain why I was experiencing so much pain still, even though the xray showed nothing was broken. I am pleased nothing is broken so assume it will take time for my thumb and wrist to be pain free.

I think the consultant in the fracture clinic could have taken the time to explain my injury to me and how long it will take to heal, he just told me to keep exercising it.

I was feeling very anxious coming into the hospital I felt immediately at ease when been dealt with The nursing staff were brilliant a big thank you to Jade

My whole experience through casualty, fracture clinic and X-ray was very efficient

My wife was treated by a Physio named Walla (sincere apologies if I have misspelt), a lovely caring and kind person. Very enthusiastic about giving my wife the right treatment. Made a real positive difference to Wendy's day to day life with recommendation for noise cancelling headphones to reduce my wife's startle issue.

On site treatment for FND. Wendy has being seen by a consultant in Sheffield but as we are out of the catchment area they can't treat her. No facilities for FND treatment in North Lincs.

Unfortunately they were extremely busy (8 ambulances waiting plus people in chairs.) They gave good information & treatment when asked regarding my dad. Much appreciated

A text periodically just giving information would have been helpful rather than us having to wait in the car park rather than me having to go in. Not sure if this is possible though as they were busy

Not happy with being sent home and having to organise my own referral through the GP

Not once has anybody contacted my wife with updates or details of my treatment. Its very hard still to get through on the phone.
