The hospital staff in A & E were friendly and efficient. The Radiographer explained what she was doing and also said I may be called back in two weeks for another xray. The HCA was friendly, the consultant didn't explain why I was experiencing so much pain still, even though the xray showed nothing was broken. I am pleased nothing is broken so assume it will take time for my thumb and wrist to be pain free.

I think the consultant in the fracture clinic could have taken the time to explain my injury to me and how long it will take to heal, he just told me to keep exercising it.
