Unfortunately they were extremely busy (8 ambulances waiting plus people in chairs.) They gave good information & treatment when asked regarding my dad. Much appreciated

A text periodically just giving information would have been helpful rather than us having to wait in the car park rather than me having to go in. Not sure if this is possible though as they were busy
