It was good meeting other people with similar needs to myself (COPD as I have been diagnosed many years ago but have never met anyone with breathing difficulties etc.
The physiotherapy team have been helpful kind and patient. I can't think of anything that needs improvement - so far all the talks have been really interesting and helpful and of course the exercises :-).

Julian was a good communicator. I was able to understand what was going on with my neck. We have now reached a stage where I appear to be able to control the tingling/low pain by exercises and progress is being made. I have an issue with hearing and wear aids. On occasions, with background noise, I have struggled to grasp what has been said.
