Julian was a good communicator. I was able to understand what was going on with my neck. We have now reached a stage where I appear to be able to control the tingling/low pain by exercises and progress is being made. I have an issue with hearing and wear aids. On occasions, with background noise, I have struggled to grasp what has been said.
