The exercise program has helped improve my overall confidence in building up my capacity and resistance. The mixture of talks was very useful and will greatly help me in the future to self-manage my symptoms the staff Nicki, Amanda and Alex were excellent.
The room was sometimes too cold as I suffer from Raynaud's disease.
