The medical care was fantastic and my visit for the injection several weeks before was excellent with nursing staff very supportive during the procedure. Radiologist was also vey nice and explained what he was doing.

There was a big delay with the appointment. Finally, they started preparing me with the drink I had to consumer and told me I have one hour to finish. I then get a text message that my appointment is changed 20 min before the hour so I was rushed to finish the drink

I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Jarman for over 6 years now. He is an excellent neurologist. Having my consultation with Dr. Jarman at the Cleveland Clinic is the icing on the cake!

I had an appointment regarding Trigeminal Neuralgia and I needed to get help with pain relief. The doctor I saw suggested medication to help with the pain but did not give me a prescription and said they would write to my GP to prescribe. I am therefore still in severe pain waiting for the letter to be done and will then have a further wait while GP prescribes.

Dr Losses who is the reason I visited the clinic is exceptional - probably the best operator in his field in the UK. He is compassionate, well informed and communicates very well

As I arrived for my appointment, I got a phone call telling me it had been cancelled. My appointment was at 10.15am and the phone call was at 9.50am. The receptionist still thought I had the original appointment so there had been no communication at all.
They were disorganised and unaware of anything related to my appointment or what was to happen next.
As I had Rebeca Davey direct number I phoned her, and eventually got to see her at 11.40. As she was at the other hospital soit took quite a while for her to arrive.
I would not recommend your hospital to anyone or return.
