As I arrived for my appointment, I got a phone call telling me it had been cancelled. My appointment was at 10.15am and the phone call was at 9.50am. The receptionist still thought I had the original appointment so there had been no communication at all. They were disorganised and unaware of anything related to my appointment or what was to happen next. As I had Rebeca Davey direct number I phoned her, and eventually got to see her at 11.40. As she was at the other hospital soit took quite a while for her to arrive. I would not recommend your hospital to anyone or return.
