There was a big delay with the appointment. Finally, they started preparing me with the drink I had to consumer and told me I have one hour to finish. I then get a text message that my appointment is changed 20 min before the hour so I was rushed to finish the drink

Prevent such delays and organize things better. Also it was quite cold to wait there
