There was a little bit of confusion as to what diagnostic tests I was to be having. In my mind, I was due to undergo an ECG, Echocardiogram and an exercise stress test.
My exercise stress test went without a hitch but it seemed that I hadn't been booked in for an echocardiogram which was a little alarming as I'd travelled up from South Wales and would have been very disappointed had I not had the echocardiogram. Fortunately, I was able to have the procedure whilst at my appointment.

My experience as a patient was amazing, the team was great, professional, they went beyond and above showing compassion and empaty through my staying.
A big thank you to Dr. Brondson Carole and Dr. Dominic Heaney and a big shout out to Nicola Johnson from phlebotomy and the senior nurse Cintia Caroci for the amazing care provided.

Massive issue was booking the appointment- calls never returned, no email confirmation etc etc.

Each of my visits to the Cleveland Clinic have been excellent. As a patient you are listened to and treated well. Dr Potts was very kind and obviously very knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. He explained the procedure thoroughly and after the scan sat and explained he results to me in a way I could understand.

When I arrive at the reception desk I was totally ignored for a few minutes and I thought it would be courteous for one of the receptionist to at least acknowledge that I was there and that they would deal with me when they finished their current work. Eventually I was asked my name et cetera.
