Each of my visits to the Cleveland Clinic have been excellent. As a patient you are listened to and treated well. Dr Potts was very kind and obviously very knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. He explained the procedure thoroughly and after the scan sat and explained he results to me in a way I could understand.

I would say it has been exceptional - not in any particular way, but the whole experience from start to finish.
