My orthopaedic surgeon was great as were the reception staff. Massive issue was booking the appointment- calls never returned, no email confirmation etc etc.

Inform appointment staff to communicate better

Mr Bhattacharya, the reception staff at Portland Place, the MRI technicians were all outstanding as was the clinic nurse
