Very welcoming, I was very nervous, my nurse Ashoka put me completely at ease, from the moment I stepped in the building I felt welcomed. The clinic is spotless, the staff are lovely and professional.

I had an appointment with a new ENT and upon coming to the Cleveland clinic in Portland Place the staff were very informative, kind, masks were worn by all which was lovely to see and I was soon appointed to go up to the 2nd floor where I checked in again and waited to see my consultant. It was quite busy and given covid and wanting to distance the staff were kind enough to ensure myself and my parents were able to sit next to each other which I appreciated and I was soon taken in for my appointment.
When we came out my parents were informed someone can bring them both a cup of tea which they most certainly enjoyed and it was nice to see it in a take away cup too if you wanted to get on the move and you could still enjoy your hot drink.
All around 5 star service from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave and what wonderful care too! I cannot recommend this place higher thank you!

Rebecca Davey my nurse is absolutely fantastic. So supportive, knowledgeable and caring.
The man at the door was so kind and helpful too. He even travelled in the lift with me as I didn't want to go in alone.

Efficient, clean and polite.
Kindly managed to squeeze in an MRI on the day of my consultation, thus meaning I didn't have to travel in the next day with a sore knee.
