I had an appointment with a new ENT and upon coming to the Cleveland clinic in Portland Place the staff were very informative, kind, masks were worn by all which was lovely to see and I was soon appointed to go up to the 2nd floor where I checked in again and waited to see my consultant. It was quite busy and given covid and wanting to distance the staff were kind enough to ensure myself and my parents were able to sit next to each other which I appreciated and I was soon taken in for my appointment.
When we came out my parents were informed someone can bring them both a cup of tea which they most certainly enjoyed and it was nice to see it in a take away cup too if you wanted to get on the move and you could still enjoy your hot drink.
All around 5 star service from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave and what wonderful care too! I cannot recommend this place higher thank you!
