I arrived and was promptly taken to a room where Cleof and Cintia took my bloods and urine sample. They were caring, helpful and took time to put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised that my bloods were taken first time as usually it takes a lot of poking around which is usually very uncomfortable. Well done to both.
