I was treated very well and all the staff were kind and helpful. The consultant treated me with respect and empathy and explained things thoroughly.

Suggested improvements
I was unsure whether I was going to receive further invoices following my visit. It was only today when I registered with MyChart that I discovered that I owed £144 for the ECG that I had done - I hadn't received any emails or messages asking me to pay this. I would have been happy to pay this at the time of my appointment but I wasn't asked for this. Perhaps it should be made clearer what is owed when leaving after your appointment. I haven't yet received a copy of the Consultant's report following my appointment, but I imagine this may be due to the postal strikes.


I felt that the Consultant was excellent and I did not feel rushed, as is sadly often the case with medical appointments.
