After I explained I did not like having bloods taken I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Offered water - before and after, and not rushed to leave.
A 'pleasant' experience throughout.

The clinic experience was fine
But - and this is a HUGE but - you then just posted very difficult and challenging test results onto the MyClinic portal. No warning, no doctor to speak to, no help on interpretation.
This should NEVER happen - that patients receive test results “in the ether” with no access to their doctor to interpret them.
Because of this I would NEVER recommend someone to come here.
I was very upset, made extremely anxious.
I think it was terrible.
