The cardiac technician was outstanding in his care and expertise, the doctor ever more so.

Provide some rails or hooks for handbags and walking sticks at the service counters and in corridor areas where the nurses take simple measurements of blood pressure etc. As it is, things always drop to the floor. I can't pick them up. Put some grab rails around the toilets so that wobbly old timers like me do not suffer a completely preventable fall (perhaps with damage like a leg fracture) just because we are trying to use a loo.

The doctors, of course. They are exceptionally good.
