Share review of Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre

After I explained I did not like having bloods taken I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Offered water - before and after, and not rushed to leave. A 'pleasant' experience throughout.

All the members of staff I encountered from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left were pleasant and professional. Going into a hospital is never something to look forward to, but I do not worry about a long wait and abrupt staff that I have encountered elsewhere. I have already recommended the Cleveland to a friend.
