Tried to make an appointment on 8th Feb and told they are fully booked until March. Extremely frustrating that they are advertising for new patients yet they don't have the capacity to see the patients that they've already got.

We sympathise with our patients' fustrations, and work closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.

My appointment was cancelled, reception rang me but I can't use phone at work. Can you send a text to cancel app like you can to confirm one.

So much information on walls and desks- Chuttered and difficult to view.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have reorganised the patient information in the reception waiting room so hopefully it does not look too cluttered. However, we do have to provide/display information for all our patients.
